I've confessed my crush on Trader Joes in the past, and I've gotta say, that Joe still sure knows how to trade. This time he's brought us "Sea Salt and Turbinado Sugar Dark Chocolate Almonds." Basically, dangerous chunks of goodness that you can justify for their healthy, protein packed almonds and antioxidant rich chocolate flavonoids, combined with addicting granules of sea salt and crystalized flakes of freshly cut sugar cane. Mmm. Coming in a plastic container from a common grocery store, I can't tout these as the highest quality, most luxurious dessert item, but I can say, they're darn good and will satisfy certain cravings.

Sounds delish!! I love the milk chocolate ptoo. This is the perfect "bring to a party" little snack to relieve a sweet tooth and not pack on pounds!!

Ohh I love those! I always have a container stocked in my desk drawer at work. I do agree that the chocolate quality isn't the best though. And they aren't quite as delectable as the dark and milk chocolate covered cashews I used to horde. I was so sad when they got rid of them!
