I've always been known for my appetite and people often ask me, "How do you do it?!" I could never fully answer this question until I just watched an episode of Food Network's "The Best Thing I Ever Ate." Nearly every item presented was deep-fried and/or super cheesy. What were these alien foods???
You see, growing up in California, there're only three foods that I knew came fried:
Chips, French Fries, and Doughnuts
That's it.
Chips I knew because I got a small bag of Dorritos in my lunch bag. Fries I'd eat.. oh, maybe once every four years? And really, they were more of a vehicle for ketchup than a chance to eat the bland and greasy fries themselves. Doughnuts, well yes, Doughnuts I knew because I'm the Dessert Darling, and I love all things sugary. Still though, doughnuts were a super special treat, reserved for extraordinary occasions.
Furthermore, I thought cheese only came on pizza. Other than pizza, I really can't recall cheese being a part of anything I ate growing up. It wasn't until adulthood that I encountered cheese platters at parties (which, btw, seemed foreign to me at first.. that people just wanted to eat plain cheese? I get it now ;).
So here I am, famous for my insatiable appetite, and I'm taking down- what.. too much sushi? Extra steamed veggies? I kid, but the the point is, I eat real food, like I discussed in my first Thinny Thursday post here. Now I must further specify: fried food is not real food.
If you're a fan of fried foods, I challenge you this year to make a resolution to eliminate them from your diet. Eventually, you'll look at the stuff askance and wonder how you ever even ate it in the first place. And if that's not the case, you'll at least feel and look fabulous! Which will leave plenty of wiggle room for desserts. ;-)

I agree with you. Fried food is harmful to our body. So, my suggestion is that never eat fried food but only eat fresh food and healthy food which provides vitamins and minerals to our body.
